Conceptual Literacy Is a Big Value for Us as Society

i'm proposing a kind of universal conceptual literacy, or i'm saying where we stand now with respect to literacy the way we stood when reading and writing were confined to a lead rit. But by conceptiual literac i think you mean like understanding your values well and well enough to talk clearly about them. And new things are going to be possible if we are all ar exactly. While i mi read, i'm talking bout specifically of reading, literacy, iy, reading and writing.
