Is There an Economic Logic to the Russian Bombing of Mariapole?

Is there an economic logic at all to russia's bombardment of mariapole? Is it setting back the ukranian economy in some qualitative sense right now? Or is this really just destruction for destruction's sake? I don't think that they're targeting the city for go enomic purposes. The aim of the game is not to, as it were, harm ukrane by cutting this city off. Some people believe even that if they can take mario paul putin, may even be able to declare victory. M so this is a cheap, relatively riskless way of achieving what is, from a strategic point of view, rather an important target.
