I think when you think about the customer, you have to look at the real insights. For us in particular, they don't want to be treated like an account. We know exactly who our customers are and exactly what products they have. When you understand that it really is one customer and your job is to have them become a customer once and then deepen with them as their life progresses,. It becomes a different exercise than just acquisition marketing. That blows my mind. I couldn't imagine another job I would want to have in CEO, CMO jobs. There's a lot of big jobs out there ... But I love the work.
