How to Create a Good Stuff Folder

Make sure you start a folder that's just called good stuff and use it as a repository for anything, even moderately positive that comes across your inbox. Every once in a while, when you go into that folder, it's going to remind you why you should take the time to recognize other people. Look for repeatable patterns with all of this stuff.
