Are You Getting Paid for This?

If this is part of your job, are you getting paid for it? And what I mean by that is not like you do a project and someone hands you a bag of gold. If you are full-time, which generally means in the ballpark of a 40-hour week employee, often for our kind of position, you're salaried. Are you scheduled 40 hours a week to work clinically? Or are you given 80% to work clinically and 20% of that time, whatever, how many hours that is to do this other thing? So yeah, you got to get into a big system for things like that.
