The focus has been on training muscle while overlooking the fact that connective tissues need to be addressed and can be trained as well. In part three of this podcast i'm going to briefly detail some of the confounding factors that play a kind of secondary but important role in what's going on in sinew. There are different exercises distinctively different protocols that improve health of the entire muscular tendon system. Finally in part five i'll reveal a novel nutritional protocol that research has shown to amplify training adaptations and accelerate recovery of connective tissues.
