What's Engaging for My Undergrad?

As an NPC, my goal is to make them engaged, not to have a great time myself. So the transaction I've decided is that when you are guiding first year students, you have to find your energy elsewhere. You create their journey for them and you help them plan that journey without it being your own. It's really fulfilling as a lecturer, as a professor. But that's not their journey. That's my journey.
