Pet Food - Is There a Contaminant Ingredient in Pet Food?
Melamine was a contaminant, a contaminated ingredient that was used in pet food. We don't know how new ingredients like peas and lentils will react to pets. Pet owners are very savvy consumers but it's hard to get the information because it's not on the label necessarily. I think insect protein is the thing of the future and we obviously have to consider these things.
