I think the thing that's going on in this book right is that like some of the violence that Stefan is worried he's causing may or may not have also just been Damon doing it his evil brother. Maybe she gets revealed. I do think that the like there is a version of the long lost Catherine that comes back and is evil so like maybe there's some behind the scenes puppet mastery stuff happening. Yeah, when we're both going to pretend that we don't know but we both know.
