How Much Sweat Do You Lose?
A liter of sweat is 2.2 pounds, so most people are probably losing easily a liter in any normal workout. In that later, you probably are going to lose something like 500 milligrams to 2 grams. You can calculate exactly how much salt you have to bring back into your body by weighing yourself after every workout.
