If you're doing a track workout like you and I do, where you go really hard for like 30 seconds out of like, out of five minutes pedaling and then you lie in the infield for half an hour, that is not like you did a half hour of riding. If you get bored, everyone gets bored. No one. Very few people enjoy sitting on the trainer for five hours,. pedaling at the exact same cadence at the exactSame intensity the entire time. That is a little bonkers. So honestly, I'm a little envious because there aren't enough Nicolas Cage movies to keep me entertained.
