The Market Is Chappy

The market is in a confirmed uptrend, but our individual stocks aren't going too well. If you're looking at the indexes, it was almost a non-event. The Russell has been kind of showing some strength here as small caps of outperform. Some of the newer names that were beaten down are starting to come back.
