Conversational Incompetence
Larry: I'm really concerned that many in sales become conversationally incompetent. The more you can learn from them, it's going to work with the other folks as well. Most salespeople truly engage with somebody when they're ready to buy some right? Lord forbid a sales person gets involved in a conversation with somebody not ready to buy something. It's less crowded space and you get some of t best conversations there.
