The Technical Moments of the Course

There are a couple of spots where you go from big bear pedal and big gear that is pedaling downhill to quick punchy surprise climbs. Keep your eyes up, look down trail, look for them, be ready to shift because probably there will be someone ahead of you who is not ready and dismounts right in front of you. Be nice when this happens. They're not doing it on purpose to ruin your race. All right, then you're going to get to the corners. There's a right before a downhill sandy off camber, kind of a nasty little spot, but don't worry, Merrily is right there. She's yelling at folks to watch out for this
