When i helped natasha rogers back from several years off and injuries and all this stuff, um, to get back to a us. Our guiding principle is like, well, does this interest you? Does it excite you? Well, let's go for it. Because often what happens a is athletes who or go into this like floundering, frustra n cycle, is the race becomes something that they once looked forward to and once enjoyed to. Now it's the test, right? It's the test to see if we're back on track. And anyone who's taken any test, which is all of us, can tell you how uncomfortable a situation that is.
