We always begin with something old. That's a movie at least 20 years old that we want to re-recommend. Jeff Bridges plays a kind of a shock jock radio DJ who is a pretty selfish dude and indirectly influences a tragedy. He becomes suicidal and he almost serendipitously befriends this deranged, homeless man played by Robin Williams. It's actually been a while since I've seen it in the near future, near past.
