I think it depends on the job if you're being interviewed for a high level executive position or high management your process is gonna be longer because they're gonna be interviewing more people. Keep in touch with your recruiter make sure that you still let them know your interest in the job and don't put all your eggs in one basket yeah. It's important to recognize that in some organizations they don't put enough authority invest enough authority in the recruiting process as a result recruitment offloads right responsibility for potentially bad hires to many departments.
