Is There Value in Referring to Experts?
A religious belief is built around the idea that god sent a thing, and now that thing is truth. In other words, infallibility. Travis: Sometimes we defer to experts as sort of a short cut to knowledge. But if you're going to study somethingi if this is your field of interest, you kind of have to stop doing that. We need to educate people better on these subjects. It's an incomputable thing. I just can't do it.
