The Coleman's Mustard of England Company in 1814
A fellow by the name of Jeremiah Coleman, who was a Miller, he decided to go as you like to say Ben Tinto's down on mustard. And he started himself a mustard business, the Coleman's mustard of England company in 1814. Queen Victoria gets word and he is appointed the official mustard maker to Queen Victoria in 1866. They're blowing up, they're blowing up in Burgundy in particular because of charcoal, which is not something you think of with mustard.
