Sven Magnus Carlson is the highest ranked chess player in history. Neiman has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Carlson for defamation, slander and tortious interference with a business contract. The idea is that by accusing a chess player of cheating it's basically cut him out of chess world. David: What do you think about his chances of winning a trial or even getting to trial?
