The examine is asking you to take a step back from the regular flow of of your day and put it against a larger horizon. We start to build perspective, and we start to see the world differently. And i think that that can't be underappreciated. So there isa turn to zero in the examine. I have to allow that i was real jerkd to day. And it's humbling.
