As of january first, hospitals were required to publish their prices. But how much will hospital price transparency really matter? The fine for not posting prices is around a hundred and ten thousand dollars a year. Is that big enough incentive for a multi billion dollar hospital chain? It's too early to say how the biden administration will further trumps health care reform initiatives....
