How Do I Stop Getting Hurt From Exercises?
When you do work, your body actually breaks down a little bit and then it rebuilds even stronger. But if you push it too hard, you can break it down too much. And that's usually when you're going to get hurt or injured. Ask a coach or ask a teacher to show you the proper way to do exercises. Exercise is not supposed to hurt you.
