Four Practices That Help You Clear Your Mind

I've done my best to create a healthy space between myself and being connected to the world at my finger tips. Two practices that help clear my mind are meditation and journalling. The combination of meditation and journaling gets my mind right and ready for the day ahead. I get a large portion of my creative work, such as writing these scripts, done in the early mornings. There's no distractions from my phone. My mind is completely refreshed from a night of sleep.
