The Importance of Hiccups
Alina: We want to figure out what type of dizziness it is. Patients sometimes say in their past medical history, they have vertigo, right? Or we see it in the chart and we say, it's not a disease, right? But sometimes patients will say they're dizzy. And that can be anything from orthopedic to neurologic to Parkinson's or something like that. So those four types are very helpful in taking the history.
