The Fear of Separation Anxiety
Sam's daily screen time is normally between six and nine hours. He gets genuine, genuine separation anxiety when he realizes he has left his phone at home. If anyone ever finds what's on there, then you know, exactly I'm going to jail. Mrs ADHD was so addicted to her smartphone because it was one of the few things that gave her dopamine other neurotransmitters are available.
