Brian Greene: I've been thinking about whether the given realities of our body signifies anything about what normatively we should be hoping for in a world that is healed, restored, forgiven, made well. Is there this grain of the kind of created order that informs what normativity is and in a way that shapes what our resurrection hope should be? He says Jesus never hints that people need to be dressed up or cleaned up or healed to be part of the banquet. Greene: The right body is neither fat nor thin, too short or too tall, too dark or too light, too hairless or hairy.
