Wagner's Withdrawal From Ukraine Could Have a Negative Impact on Russia's Counter-Offensive Potential
Wagner has played a pretty central role in a lot of operations on the ground but had withdrawn earlier this month and of last month. It seems like a lot of the Wagner forces may not be available, at least in the near-term, to do the sort of thing they've been doing. The recruiting network is going to be under strain for the next several months as it's these subject of this tug of war between pre-goes and Russian elements probably likely to co-opt it.
