Do You Think Sedentary Training Can Improve Recovery?

A lack of arobic capacity could potentially interfere with one's ability to train effectively and recover from training. This can be the type of intervention that gets you over the hump and gets things moving in the right direction. The energy cost of a set of training is pretty dependent on the amount of weight on the bar. If you squat 250 pounds for ten reps, that burns about half as much energy as squatting 500 for ten reps. And then if you're crazy strong and can squat seven 50 for ten rips, that's burning like, three times as much energy and about the same period of time as squatting two 50 for ten rep.
