People do fall off the wagon, and that's ok. You just have more awareness. You made a choice. The other factor that i would say is stressed so am, there's a lot more resting than you need to do on gaps. If the protocol is going to make you stressed out, there's no point in doing it. What i would recommend is like, let's get one aspect down. Let's work on meat stock. Let's source your raw milk. Let's understand ferments. And then i'll set aside another period where i'm going more disciplined through the protocol. That's how i approach the protocol in my courses.
