How to Grow a Business by Passion

I've always run a business just by the love of the business when people ask me things like you know what's my share hole in the market I don't know I'm like terrible at things like that and I don't want you to know all that stuff there's just three KPIs. Number one we're producing a monthly profit and loss because that tells us the financial health of the business number two we want to focus on growing average customer value and how many times people transact with us  and then lastly your labor to turnover ratio these are my what I call the 3kpi rule.
