Roxanne Jones: The purpose of protest is ultimately to confront and bring attention to that which has been hidden. But in the turning over tables, there are always those groups of people or special interest organizations who imbed within her community. She says they're not connected to any greater cause or any agenda. And then you just have straight up a criminalswho seize the moment and seize the opportunity to get a new pair of shoes or beauty supplies out of the store that's being looted. It complicates public perception ofback people, a of marginalized groups of people, and it creates fresh drama.
