The Importance of Tough Conversations

You have an obligation to serve as many people as possible that's your obligation because that's why you're in existence is to serve. If you don't have these tough conversations if you don't talk about the things that need to be talked about then you'll get stuck and you won't be able to do what your true calling was. When i finally realized that i was over waking up at 1 2 3 a.m. wondering or feeling this massive anxiety that i wasn't doing what i was supposed to be doing I started moving with the fear hand in hand through the uncertainty. It took me two weeks but  I'm sitting here so grateful for the tears the last two weeks because
