Keeping the Quality of the Handbook in a Team

The more exposure we get on the reed side to the handbook, i think the better it will be. A canonical rel for something is an incredibly powerful thing in my experience. And that's a chance to potentially go and prove it good as there anything else on the topic of manuals.
