How to Accelerate the Adoption of Flexible Working
I created the new work network which would be doing that I can't remember how many it's pre-pandemic. It was all about how we can accelerate the adoption of flexible working. When you create a network you are sort of putting yourself in a position of an influence because you're the people bringing all those people together. Then that is seen by other people and I think it's a really good way if you're confident enough to do it. If your organization is behind you even better so do you know what if they're not go out and do it.
