i would say it all boils down to your goals in your communication. And if you find that your goal is to be understood, and you are, even with some of these mistakes, then i don't think it matters. It's sort of like, here's another idiom low hanging fruit. You go for the easiest, most obvious things to fix first,. That are probably going to have a pretty big impact. Rather than looking for tiny details, putting a lot of effort into that, and even if you get it, the pay off may not be that big.
