She was so good at it. She'd literally rub up the bananas with a little bit of sugar, eggs and then she'd put the flour in... It would just come out like the best banana cake ever. My perfect rice is just white rice, steamed rice. But when you do your rice and peas, do you use kidney beans? I do, okay. So I make it easy for myself so I get a can of kidney beans, pop that in, garlic, that's very important,. Put that in some thyme, put the thyme in, cream of coconut or not. Cream of coconut, put alittle bit of all purpose seasoning, that's my favourite.
