i think that as people sort of are on the planet longer, they get more stuck in their ways. And with job serch, it's really this funny thing that people have these beliefs of what a resume should be. They have a very hard time de coupling their beliefs of what it should be verses like what the market wants. i feel like gens is, they're much, i'd say the younger generations,. This is probably just an just as people enter the work force...they tend to be a litle bit more maluable.
