I think that there will be an increasing, I mean, that people have to get used to phenomena like computational irreducibility. The idea that we built the machines so we can understand what they do, and we're going to be able to control what happens is not really right. Maybe just because I'm an optimist, I don't tend to think that that's in the cards. What will sort of emerge maybe is kind of an ecosystem of AIs just as much as humans.
