How Do You Cope With All This Change?

You think at some point things would slow down but the opposite is happening. You need to change the tools on top of technology that's changing faster and faster. Particularly as we shift towards these really specialized in AI algorithms themselves are changing very fast. So how do you accommodate and deal with all this change when the tools that you would want to reason about the change and help you to make these designs? It seems like everything is changing faster than you can accommodate for.
