Xavier coach Chris Mack made a culture of the team being the star. He didn't care if you were a senior junior sophomore, freshman. If he had anyone that was saying, "I don't want to be here," Mac would sit him down and tell them they weren't wanted there. That kind of culture just resonated through the group.
