The Holy Spirit Grants Repentance

The holy spirit does indeed give the gifts of repentance and faith. But they don't mean granting when a calvinist is granting or enabling, they mean irresistibly causing. The arminian would say, i have decided to follow jesus because i had the free will to decide. And once i decided to followed jesus, he then regenerated me and caused me to be born again. Now, what are some biblical texts that teach that the the holy spirit gives the gifts of repenting and faith?
