"I think there was a little bit of FOMO and there was alittle bit of like ego about losing deals to EA," he says. "He got really, really bad advice from JP Morgan and whoever else advised him on that deal because they clearly don't know what they were doing at the time." The company has since grown its business five to 10% a year for the last decade. But by no means was this a value add for the for the organization.
