I'd love you to share your thoughts on applying jobs to be done yourself. I've been interviewing people for almost six years now of what caused them to say today's the day I'm going to leave this company and go to that company right or I're going to take that position. You can't just wish for a best job because it doesn't come every job has trade-offs and you have to be prepared to make them. As long as you're making progress in your life somewhere, you will stay.
