I would rather get my neck broken through the triangle than a whole body staff infection. What are some flexibility tips for new BJJ folks? I think that it's really important to just have the routine of stretching. Most likely you have a predisposition to being inflexible. Some people are naturally flexible and can put their leg behind their head.
