I went from just cold calling and having one or two engagements per quarter that were like on a retainer worth two to four K per client. I am now attracting clients that are signing three to six K per month retainers on a regular basis. So my income more than doubled, you know, it's the thing with the workload is it didn't go up too much because I just stopped doing the unimportant things and just focus focused on the things that brought value. It's about deciding what not to do on a project and how to not get distracted. And my week is basically just managing those weekly engagements.
