We have these one million highways and expect everyone to get to work or to do their activities. That would just be a total traffic jam. And that's what we're seeing in the body. If we can create a big enough highway so that all of those cars or quantum particles and information can get where they need to go, then our biology is working really efficiently and we are experiencing health. So it's something that I've completely changed my lens on how I view infection and cancer and health, autoimmunity, all of these things overall.
