The Importance of Hearing Your Identity Reaffirmed

Moses asks God for more than just his name. He says, show me your glory. In other words, show me who you really are, God. And at this moment, Yahweh reveals his name to Moses. I think there's also clarity for Moses about his own self-identity. We all need to hear our true identity from God.
