How to Communicate Your Strategy to Your Product Team
Many product teams don't have a clear understanding of what the strategy actually is. I often find that the product teams will create their own meetings and bring in some of these leaders to talk about it. They're not even aware you could be VP or CPO and completely unaware that that exists. Even if this isn't the VC back startup right even the Fortune 100 has a strategy deck. Their strategy is to win over the competition and we need to understand that too. It's amazing content to put your hands on.
