I've got kids that are in their early 30s my daughter's our daughter's 32 Kirk is 34 our oldest son Kyle is 36 and now they've got kids five grandchildren with one more on the way so the combination of relating to them relating to my staff who in many cases is younger than me I stay young and I stay in touch with with young people if you will okay? As long as the communication is relevant and conversational and applicable and I can tell some stories about life at not only my age but at a younger age you know there is wisdom, he says.
